Job Description
As an Associate, Client Servicing, you will be involved in:
- Responding inquiries and confirming jobs
- Maintaining a daily record of the total word count received
- Exchanging accurate information with clients, PMs, and editors
- Forwarding payment instructions to the accounts department
- Forwarding client feedback to editors
- Updating clients contact details regularly
