Desired Profile
Fluency in ENGLISH is a must (you need to be well versed with the U.S accent and have command on ENGLISH). Strong communication skills; friendly, patient, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Multilingual preferred but not necessary. Previous experience with a BPO preferred.
