Job description:
A Customer Service Executive provides end-to-end assistance to customers’ i.e.
- Will handle INBOUND AS WELL AS OUTBOUND Project.
- To assist customers in understanding the products and services.
- Resolves and responds to a variety of customer queries and issues over the telephone, email, postal mail, and fax.
- Timely quality response to the customer is a key requirement.
- Must ensure that every interaction with the customer is a quality experience.
- Prepare reports and interact with internal departments are some of the key areas of job responsibility.
Desired Profile:
- Fresher or Experience
- Graduate OR Undergraduate from any stream with a pleasant personality & looking for a career in Customer Service.
- High customer service orientation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Courteous and professional telephone handling skills.
- Good Computer skills - MS Word and MS Excel, email and Internet.
- Good presence of mind and situation handling skills
- Ability to think on the feet
- Candidates having upto 2 years of relevant Customer Service experience may also apply (e.g. BPO, CRM, Back office etc)
- Willingness to work in shifts.
