Job Description
Responsibilities: -Handling and resolving Customer queries over phone within defined limit
-Promote various campaigns for our clients.
-Update knowledge of the process on regular basis.
-Ensures that all customer complaints are recorded and acted upon.
-Coordinates with team leader on unresolved complaints and queries.
-Transfers all big queries and complaints to team leader.
-Make calls to customers as required.
-Assist team leader through various support activities
-Meet other objectives as set by the unit-head.
Desired Profile
Graduates/undergraduates (Any stream)
-Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Strong desire and commitment to provide excellent customer service.
-Strong time management skills.
