Eligibility: Graduates

Customer Care Specialist : Graduates who are interested in customer service/banking/ technical support and have ability to handle inbound customer calls and provide answers to queries. Those who have done a Diploma course in travel and tourism will be preferred. A working knowledge of computers and prior work experience in banking/ travel and hospitality/ customer service/ BPO.

AM Operations : Graduate interested in customer service/ insurance with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm good communication skills and excellent written english (Grammer & comprehension).
