Job Description: This is a global 24×7 three shift operation with good salary and benefits.

Desired Profile: With basic skills in PC Hardware, Windows XP and the Microsoft office suite, network troubleshooting connectivity issues and other software packages. Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) are a must College degree, good knowledge of computer skills and typing skills are a plus. Will deliver helpdesk solutions (hardware, software, process related issues) to internal and external clientele. Will provide the first- line of post-sales telephone technical support .Will identity problems, recommend solutions and escalate complex problems, when required.
