Job Description
- You shall be responsible for performing the quality check by certifying the calls generated by Vendor Call Centers as per the SLA’s provided by the clients.
- You shall be responsible for identifying the problem areas and providing the relevant feedbacks to the vendor call centers thereby ensuringthe improvement in the quality of services.
- You shall maintain vendor specific quality assesment reports and provide process improvement inputs to the Vendor Management teams accordingly.

Desired Profile
- Graduate with work experience in an international call centre (Preferably UK mortgage / secured loans).
- Candidate must have appropriate analytical skills needed to score and evaluate calls with accuracy and repeatability.
- Must have the skill set and business expertise to monitor calls for more than one line of business.
- Must have good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and self-discipline to manage workflow.
- Communicates with clarity, in both verbal and written communications.
