Job Description
PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide preliminary technical support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and/or peripherals using documented procedures and standard tools.
Use troubleshooting techniques to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines to resolve service calls.
Escalate problems when unable to make proper determination.
Perform callbacks to customers.
Obtain knowledge of Dell’s product line, current industry products and technologies.
Log customer calls.
