Job Description
The candidate will be required to support the companies existing installations in Pune. He will also be required to assist the Sales Team in demonstrating the companies Products.
Hew ill also we required to:
1. Testing and certification of incoming hardware
2. Testing and validation of in-house developed softwares.
3. Implementation of Hardware and Software at client sites.
4. Post implementation support to the client , whether onsite or offsite , for hardware and software.
5. Picking up AMC’s from our clients
6. Technical support to the sales team in selling stages.
7. Checking end repair of client products.
8. Maintenance of in-house PC system in co-ordination with external systems support agency.

Desired Profile
1. Job offer open to Male Candidates only.
2. You need to have Diploma or Degree in computers/ Electronics.
3. At Least one year experience required in supporting hardware and networking .
4. You should not have any reservation about traveling customer’s sites on and around your city and region.
5. Good Knowledge of PC interfacing technologies and peripherals .
6. Soldering experience is must.
7. Good Understanding of database fundamentals preferably relating to MS Access or SQL or Similar Systems.
