Job Description
* Should have knowledge on Software Technical Support Process.
* Should be expert in Analysis, Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution.
* Primary 12-hour on-call Production Support when in Rotation (AM high availability, PM telecommute).
* Mid-level Platform Administration Tasks including: Operations, System Monitor Design, Implementation and Operation, Script Development for Analysis and Monitoring, Problem Resolution, System and Platform Installation, Configuration.
* Hands on UNIX will be an added advantage.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft & Java Technologies will be added advantage.
* Ability to interact with & understand the US Clients.

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all departments and levels within the organization.

* Candidates with BPO/Call Center experience are preferred.
