Job Description

Develops long-term & short-term Forecasts
Manages short-term Forecasts
Responsible for forecast accuracy. Gap analysis of Forecasted plan to Actual
Develop and track trends and project future performance based on historical data, process and programmatic changes in coordination with other analysis groups.
Use research and analysis to model and test creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.
Coordinate with other analysts to extract data from complex sources for reporting and analysis.
Constructively challenge the current practices, identify trends affecting the business, and articulate implications to upper management.
Special projects as and when required

Desired Profile
Skills Required: Business and process analysis skills; Data extraction and analysis skills; Ability to multitask and keep up the rapid pace demanded in the Internet business environment; Strong English written and spoken communication skills. Ability to work in a virtual team environment, with internal customers and other team members in US.

Skills Desired:
Previous experience analysis of call center performance, large scale industry operations, or marketing.
Technical skills: expert Microsoft Excel user, expert Microsoft Access user, SQL, SAS, Eviews, understanding relational databases, Advanced Statistical and Regression analysis, Time Series modeling, Variance Analysis
