Job Description
- Knowledge of Network monitoring.
- OS configuration & troubleshooting (LAN).
- To configure and install Network server.
- To handle computer hardware/software and network problems.
- To upgrade operating systems and software applications.
- To monitor effectiveness of IT security procedures.
- Experience in Firewalls management - configuration, installation, administration, and problem diagnosis & troubleshooting.
- Internet related troubleshooting.
- Email accounts configuration Outlook Express and MS Outlook
- Experience in using FTP for uploading/Downloading Voice files.
- Experience in working Medical Transcription company would be preferred.

Desired Profile
Graduate with diploma in computer hardware/networking. Experience 1-2 years
