Expectations and tasks of Job
Key Tasks / Deliverables / Responsibilities will be: -
# Create quality plan and present to / review with stakeholders.
# Plan & conduct reviews, lessons learned sessions and tracking of
action items.
# Ensure compliance of project execution and deliverables with
methodology and guidelines.
# Support project manager with execution of Change and Defect
Management.
# Assessment of production readiness.

# Definition, monitoring and reporting of quality KPI#s
# Responsible for Project specific procedures and training
# Risk management for projects along with the project manager.
# Continuous improvement of development and risk management methodology

Desired Profile
Experience:1-4yrs
Should have done any of the quality process implementation.
Auditing experience is must.

Skills and
Competencies
Mandatory:
# Experience in Quality Assurance related tasks (adherence to quality
processes, guidelines, tools, testing, reporting).
# Test organization, support and execution
Desired:
# Knowledge/implementation experience of ISO or CMM preferred.
# CSQA certification preferred.
# Six Sigma/Lean green/black belt preferred.
# Only Quality Process and Not Testing profiles.
