Job Description
Managing installation & post-installation support (24×7) for PARSEC Call Center Software at the clients’ site.Resolve Customer’s Support calls on time to maintain software at customer sites up & running. Handle escalations from the region.Demonstration of products & other pre-sales activity to the prospective customer.Managing relationship with the customer and ensure customer satisfaction in designated region Generate quality & timely MIS about call status.Take structured feedback from customers & provide feedback to the product managers towards improvement of the product.

Desired Profile
Should possess good communication & customer handling skills is essential. Should have worked under stressful environment.Willing to work in a 24/7 environment and be available as and when required.Willing to travel on short notice.Technical exposure to voice based BPO preferredKnowledge on Routers and Switches & general networking will be preferred.
Experience in installation & post-installation support to client for Telecom / Networking / Enterprise S/w products.Working skill in Windows NT/ 2000/2003 and LAN is required. Good Knowledge of MS SQL Server database is a plus.Preference will be given to a north Indian staying in Chennai and Kolkata who can speak and understand regional language also.
