Requirement: Associate Technical Writers / Technical Writers

Experience: 1+ years in Technical Writing

Location: Hyderabad

Skills Required
Ability to author and edit deliverables for online and printed distribution
Ability to communicate effectively with the remote project teams
Ability to perform independent research to understand the product
Ability to set priorities and escalate issues appropriately
Familiarity with documentation tools used by CA including Microsoft Office, AuthorIT, and Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with multiple operating systems, programming concepts, and source control is desirable

Key Responsibilities:
Follow project plans, implement designs, and meet dates for deliverables
Adapt to and implement new procedures, processes, and corporate directives
Manage multiple project assignments simultaneously, such as working on a major release and a service pack
Install, learn, and work with the product during the development cycle
Write technically accurate, grammatically correct information
Communicate with the project team to resolve problems, obtain information, and ensure timely reviews
Provide project status
