Job Description
Responsibilities include researching, developing, planning, and writing/editing hardcopy and online technical documentation. Works with team leads and managers to complete specific projects for various lines of business within Dell.

Researches and develops content for technical publications.
Writes and edits hardcopy and online documents; chairs document review sessions with external stakeholders and obtains approvals.
Ensures all documents are technically and mechanically accurate.
Collaborates with department team members and with engineering, marketing, service, legal, and others to develop content for standard documentation sets and special initiatives.

Creates and manages document schedules.
Develops, documents, and maintains processes.
May mentor less-experienced coworkers.
May lead department project teams.
Exp in framemaker / robohelp is a must

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Experience in Framemaker / Robohelp
