1. Department of Farm Power and Machinery (FPM)
Mechanical Engineering - (1 Post ) : Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Mech. Engg having specialization in Machine Design.

2. Department of Processing and Food Engineering (PFE)
Electronic Engineering - (1 Post) : Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engg. with specialization in Instrumentation Engg.

3. Department of Soil and Water Engineering (SWE)
Civil Engg. - (1 Post) : Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engg. having specialization in Structural Engg./ Public Health Engg./  Rural Engg.

4. Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities
Computer Engineering : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engg./ Electronics Engg. with Master’s degree in Computer Engineering.

Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in traditional system or OGPA 2.75 in 4pt. Scale or 7.0 in 10pt. Scale in the concerned subject and a consistently good academic record. Qualified the National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC/ CSIR/ ASRB. For the posts of Mechanical Engg. Electrical Engg. Electronic Engg. Civil Engg. Computer Engg. and Agribusiness Management, NET qualification is exempted.

Scale Of Pay : Rs. 8000-275-13500/-

Age : For the post of Assistant Professor the maximum age limit is 35 years as on the last date of submission of application form.

Applications are invited on the prescribed form obtainable from the Office of the Registrar, CAU, Imphal-795004 or Liaison Officer, Central Agricultural University, Room No.202, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan - II, Pusa, New Delhi for filling up the under mentioned teaching posts under Central Agricultural University for its constituent Colleges on payment of Rs.100/- (one hundred only) either by payment along with self addressed envelope (30X12cms size) by affixing postages stamps of Rs. 25/-. The duly completed application form with prescribed fee of Rs.200/- (Rs. 100/- in case of ST/ SC/ OBC/ PH/ Ex- serviceman ) in the form or IPO/ DD drawn in favour of the Comptroller, Central Agricultural University payable at Imphal should reach the office of the Liaison Officer, CAU, Room No.202, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan -II Pusa, New Delhi-110012 on or before 31st January 2008
