2. He / She should have worked on projects using AS / 400 & RPG

3. He / She should have good understanding of AS 400 system

4. He / She should have be very strong on the basics and fundamentals of AS / 400 system

5. He / She should have good logical and Analytical skills

6. He / She should have good communication skill.

7. He / She should have good knowledge on SDLC life cycle
