Job Description
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent combination of training and experience in lieu of degree.
Overall 5 + years in IT. 3+ years experience working in a PeopleSoft environment. PeopleTools a MUST - App Design, SQL, EPM data warehouse experience a Plus. Ascential a Plus
Production customer service - Analysis of situations and data requiring an in-depth evaluation of various tangible and intangible factors. Rapid response to critical production issues
Requires good interpersonal skills, demonstrate analytical and communication skills, and expertise in interfacing with internal and external customers and vendors.
Good strategic orientation coupled with a detail orientation; needs to be attentive to details and find solutions to application issues.
Proven experience in meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; talks and acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
