Job Description Elicitation of the business requirements and business processes from the customer.
Analyse the business processes from the customers and suggest business process improvements.
Function as a facilitator between functional users and the developers

Desired Profile The jobholder will be a university graduate in engineering, with a postgraduate degree in management. He/she should possess good communication and interpersonal skills and analyse business situations objectively and logically .
