Job Description
The individual will be competent in all aspects of the recruiting process. A heavy emphasis will be on placing contract IT talent with our Fortune 500 client base. The ideal candidate must be well versed in sourcing IT talent, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers. We are looking for A+ players with a track record of placing technology consultants and good professional networking ability.

The individual will work in a creative, flexible team environment.

* MBA in HR preferred
* Must have at least 3 years of recruiting experience in US or India or fresher from call center background having experience in making calls to US.
* Have ability to manage several requirements concurrently
* Have expert level skills at sourcing candidates
* Experience in using US based job portals
* Good professional networking skills to maintain and expand the existing list of vendors and consultants
* Must be proficient in IT skill sets and should have good knowledge of IT profiles
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good organizational skills
* Experience working in a very fast-paced group under pressure
* Experience directly working with clients is preferred
* US staffing experience is preferred
* Candidates with good direct client interaction skills and account management experience will be considered for the account manager position
