Job Description:

The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for managing all graduate recruiting activities and programs for Mphasis(An EDS Company). The Campus Recruiter will develop and execute against a strategy to hire the best and brightest talent from top universities.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Partner with business leaders and HR Consultants to forecast and plan the annual recruiting strategy for Mphasis (An EDS company) on-campus efforts
* Work with business leaders to ensure an appropriate level of priority is given to the campus recruiting efforts. This includes getting senior level commitment for time, resources and focus.
* Build and track against an annual budget for all recruiting activities advertising, branding, and events on-campus

* Develop and oversee recruiting policies and processes as they relate to campus recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding

Build and establish relationships with key placement administrators and vendors

Enhance Mphasis (an EDS company) brand on-campus and secure Mphasis as an employer of choice for top students

Ability to manage people, process and multiple projects simultaneously

Position would be based out of Mumbai.

Candidate should be prepared to travel across India.
