Engineer Trainees

Qualification : Graduates in Mechanical Engg/ Civil Engg/ Computer Science & Engg/ Electronics & Communication Engg/ Industrial Engg/ Electrical & Electronics Engg with minimum of 60% marks

Executive Trainees (HRD)

Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Social Works (PM & IR)/ Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management with minimum of 60% marks

General Conditions
Maximum age limit for the above posts are 26 years. The appointment in the first one year will be as Trainee on a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- pm. Those found suitable will be inducted into the regular scale of pay of Rs. 6450-200-7650-225-11475 (E-8 grade) on probation for a period of 2 years. The emoluments include DA at Govt. rates and HRA. Present total emoluments at the minimum scale works out to Rs. 13352/- (Basic pay, 97% of DA and 10% HRA subject to rules). Other benefits are Gratuity, CPF, Medical benefits, Leave encashment, Vehicle allowance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. Age relaxation upto 5 years to candidates belonging to SC/ ST.
