Deduction analyst

Current designation : Deduction analyst

Work location : Pimpri

Qualification : BCom

Job Descriptions :

Contacting Eaton customers for getting back-up documents for the short payments made
Follow-up with customer for collection on denied deduction
Follow-up on the intercompany receivables
Resolve intercompany deductions
Identify invoice numbers for the payment made and send it to cash allocation team for application
Perform root cause analysis on the short & excess payments
Monthly reporting of metrics and performance

Experience : 0 to 3 yrs

Work Timing : 6pm to 3am
