Job Description:
- Provide technical and Operational support adhering to Voice Services (including quality response/resolution time criteria)
- Coordinating with Development team during the escalations to resolve the issues on urgent priority
- Assisting resolution of technical issues faced by subscribers. Provide timely communication to Portal Managers and Account managers with 100% documentation on all there solutions
- 100%adherence to support processes. The list includes:
o Turn Around Time
o Review of pending works owned on a Daily basis so as to make them close to zero
o Review of owned incidents that are completed and need to be closed. Number of owned items that are open should be close to zero. Follow-up with Portal Managers proactively on the solutions provided
o Review customer feedback with a view to improving and enhancing support and product quality
- Perform basic level of troubleshooting for resolving customer issues
- Replicate, test and resolve incidents that were logged by customers
- Ensure preventive maintenance for services as per the preventive maintenance schedule suggested by the team heads
- Coordinate with cross function team to launch product/services
- Conduct preliminary testing of the product/services
- Tracking of product performance & Data analysis
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge telecom protocols
- Knowledge on operating systems and networks
- Basic knowledge on database queries and back up process
- Knowledge of .NET, C and C++ programming languages
- Knowledge of different national languages is must

Education: UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecomunication
PG - Post Graduation Not Required
