Job Description:
To handle complete IT-Helpdesk Operations that includes, logging in-house calls/complaints emerging
To capture the service calls at the very first instance and plan an action accordingly.
To coordinate with vendors & OEM support Providers at the support locations in respect with the service call logging till the closure of the call..
To handle Call Management Tool - MY HT regarding the logging of the calls, their closure and generating.
Generation of call dump report & Required MIS at the defined intervals (Daily, weekly & Monthly)
First level telephonic troubleshooting for desktops & printers calls before logging a complaint.
Any thing related to Network server and system admin and Desktop skills is must.
Along with your responsibilities mainly focused on installation configuration, troubleshooting remotely, call logged, lan wan routers dhcp dns winserver, and server related exchange & 2000 server.

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Post Graduation Not Required
