Description : JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct and Receive Training
2. Research & Development - undertake recearch on framwork, reusable components, estimation methods, etc
3. Sales Support - provide the requested sales support for new deals and new projects
4. Prepare sales and Delivery assets - presentations, technical approach, value props, product management support
5. Comply with all applicable Keane policies and practices

PRIMARY / ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS

Application Servers, Portals (Weblogic, Websphere), Database design; Eclipse, Hibernate; Enterprise Patterns, Open source Frameworks and solutions; Overall understanding of component based solutionning; Estimation using J2EE platform using various languages and components; Knowledge of 3rd Party tools; Database design; Strong Analytical skills,Business application development, Application Design concepts, VSS, etc.

0 - 1 Yrs of Experience.

COMMUNICATION, CLIENT INTERFACE SKILLS

1. Good communication skills - verbal and written (internal/ external, onshore/ offshore)
2. Ability to understand customer issues and gain business knowledge.
