Job Description:
Responsible for Control & Procurement of materials from various locations and issue of work Orders
- Contract Management
- Documentation & connected Tax Matters
- Bill processing’s
- Generation of MIS
- Manage logistics/supply to branches
Handling Billing, invoicing for our international operations.
Working on MS-Excel
Interaction with vendors
Monitoring Export Activities viz pre & post shipments documentation, GSP, COO etc.
* Preparation of Bank Certificate of Export Realization
* Co-ordination with Marketing/PPIC/Factory for dispatch

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate with 0 to 3 yrs of Experiance, should be a graduate. Must have good working knowledge of Excel, must know how to work on macros, mail merge, knowledge of Debit & Credit notes, etc.
