The Application Form duly filled in alongwith a crossed Demand Draft of Rs.200/- for Open category & Rs.100/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH drawn in favour of the Director, S.V. National Institute of Technology, Surat with attested copies of necessary documents must reach on or before 01 Aug 2008 by 3:00 P.M.
