* Experience on Mainframe technologies is must. zSeries experience will be an advantage.
* Experience on Legacy modernization tools like Neon, Seagull, Relativity will be an added advantage.
* Expertise in knowledge acquisition, system study and documentation.
* Expert in identification of user requirements, converting project specifications, statements of problems to detailed logical flow charts for coding into mainframe applications.
* Should be able to write technical documents.
* Should have good communication skills and must be a good team player.
* Knowledge of X-Analysis would be added advantage.
* Able to Architect applications on zSeries.
* Finance-Securities domain knowledge would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of German Language is an added advantage.
