Functional :

‘X24/7 support model

‘XProvide system set-up and configuration support
‘XResolve critical issues and outline business process improvements
‘XEstablish business processes for Testing and validation
‘XLead effort for configuration, process design and testing of customizations, including interfaces, converted data, etc.
‘XProvide unit and integration testing for preparation and readiness of user acceptance test’X

Technical :

‘XDesign and develop custom objects
‘XUnit and Integrate Test Interfaces and all customization
‘XResolve critical technical issues and outline technology improvements
‘XProvides support for functional and postproduction support from offshore

Mainframes with must experience in IMS-DB DBA
