Job Description : MPHASIS - Walk-In for Freshers in Pune - BE/ BTech

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for ensuring timely process through which problems are controlled. This includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
- The Technical Officer is able to resolve problems immediately, typically using the Knowledge Base and other Helpdesk tools.
- The Technical Officer may provide guidance / training for less experienced personnel.

Qualification :
10+2 years of formal education. This candidate should not be in regular college or pursuing any form of correspondence-education. He should also have 2 years of work experience after completing his 12th std.
Graduates from any stream are welcome.

BE first class will only be considered if the candidate has 1-2 years of work experience.
10+3 years of Diploma is also Welcome (from any Polytechnic Institute).
Undergraduates - Currently not pursuing studies having 20 months of work experience in any industry.
