How To Apply
1. The application should be submitted in the proforma given in the Advertisement, preferably typewritten on thick foolscap Paper (size 34CMs x 22CMs).
2. Candidates must fill the application form in CAPITAL LETTERS in his/ her own handwriting or typewritten.
3. The application and the outer cover should be superscribed as APPLICATION FOR STIPENDIARY TRAINEE CAT NO. _________ __________________ AGAINST THE ADVERTISEMENT No. 4/2007, DISCIPLINE NAME_________________.
4. A recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the space provided on the right hand top corner of the application and staple an additional Photograph (with signature & name on the back side) to the application.
5. Completed application should be sent to: The Administrative Officer –II [R] Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam - 603 102, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu so as to reach him with in 30 days from the date of publication of the Advertisement.
