Recruitment for Support Engineer

Job Description :
- To work as Support Engineer on IEX and NICE applications with our clients, he would be trained onsite on the both the applications simultaneously while he is on the job.
- Plus he would be responsible for IEX Admin involving WFM related activities like forecasting, scheduling etc.

Desired Profile :
- Candidate working in a BPO (Tech Support) with good knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware is desirable.
- Exposure to windows OS and has worked on maintaining the workstation hardware.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Good knowledge on Desktop troubleshooting, Hardware, Installation & Troubleshooting.
