Direct Recruitment for Telecom Technical Assistant (TTA) competitive examination on 20th & 21st January, 2008.

Bharat Sanchar Niagam Limited, Rajasthan Telecom Circle will recruit about 326 posts of Telecom Technical Assistants (TTAs) in 25 different Secondary Switching Areas (SSAs) (SSA wise details of post is given in detailed advertisement)

Qualification :
Applicant must possess three year Engineering Diploma as on 31.10.2007 in Telecommunications Engg./ Electronics Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Radio Engg./ Computer Engg./ Instruments Technology/ M.Sc (Electronics) from a recognized institution/University. The candidates having higher qualification like BE or B.Tech. in the respective stream will also be eligible. Only those candidates who have minimum 50% marks will be permitted to appear in the competitive exam.

Age : 18 to 27 years as on 31 Oct 2007. Relaxation as per rules.

Pay Scale : Rs. 7100-10100/- IDA pattern.

Application Fee : The Examination fee of Rs.500/-(Five Hundred Only) is to be sent along with the application form in the form of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized /Scheduled Bank drawn in the favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL O/o CGMT, Rajasthan Telecom Circle Jaipur, payable at Jaipur.

Procedure to Apply :
The applications in the prescribed Proforma completed in all respect and duly signed by the candidates along with the attested photocopies of the documents (viz. Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Caste, PH, Ex serviceman) and self signed should be sent by Registered post/by hand addressed to the Asstt. Director (Rectt.), BSNL O/o The Chief General Manager Telecom BSNL, Rajasthan Telecom Circle, Sardar Patel Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur-302008 so as to reach on or before 31 Oct 2007 by 17.30 hrs, positively. The envelope containing the application form should be marked with heading as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TELECOM TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (TTA) IN BSNL”.
