Job Description
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Working knowledge of desktop PC and peripheral devices.
Proven understanding of netwok protocols, hardware and Network Email systems. (Exchange & outlook)
Proven understanding of Windows OS (XP/2000/NT) in a network envirnment
Proven knowledge in word Processing, Spreadsheet and Database Software packages
Customer support experience would be preferred.

Desired Profile
Graduates in any discipline/ 10+2 with 2 yrs of work experience/Results awaited for final year of graduation/ 10+3 yrs of Diploma course.
