Job Description :
- Developing new food products using functional ingredients
- Conduct sensory evaluation of the product
- Prepare finished goods specification
- Prepare & develop new raw material specification
- Conduct stability & shelf life study

Desired Profile :
- The candidate should be either a B.Tech/ M.Sc/ M.Tech in Food Technology with 1-2 years of hands on experience in product development (Foods) and having sound knowledge of food additives in a reputed firm
