We are currently looking for Trainee – Web Designer to join our fast paced TEAM PRONTO

Prerequisite
The ideal applicant should have previous experience with graphic and web design programs and with the following programs and languages:
* HTML
* Dreamweaver
* Fireworks
* Adobe Photoshop CS,
* Corel Draw
* Flash (helpful, but not required)
* JavaScript and ASP (helpful, but not required)

The Applicant should possess some or all of the following professional attributes:

* Exposure to web design concepts and Information Architecture.
* Work with existing staff to build mockups and prototypes, establish and create style guidelines and style guide documents as project deliverables.

* Work with external vendors to collaborate on creative web designs.
* Produce a consistent visual image across our web sites.
* Communicate with peers and management.

Job description

At Pronto Solutions, we will train you, how to interact with our team members in a web design environment. We shall offer
professional assistance to fine-tune your design skills using web design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash
and other web design tools. Trainee shall be assisted in understanding website architecture, user experience, color theory
and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques, web design strategy and other
essential elements and subjects covering each aspect of the WWW and the Internet etc. Trainee shall also gain an insight about Networking & Internet technologies and elements related to Web design technologies. Trainee shall also have the opportunity to collaborate and work along with Pronto Solutions Staff and their clients in the US on large database-driven web design & development projects.

Responsibilities:

Web Design Trainee will assist in the design, updating & maintenance of our company website and sample web design templates for our existing and prospective clients. The Web Design Intern will assist in web design efforts. He/She must be familiar with user-interface and information architecture principles and how to design web sites with complex information or functionality. Responsibilities will include producing designs, prototypes, and various graphics for web sites and email campaigns. Specific tasks may include creating design samples using Photoshop, creating layouts as per the specification provided, navigation, troubleshooting, scripting, version control, etc.

The candidates maybe required to assist in creation of course contents, marketing collaterals and advertising content from time to time for the proposed Training Centre.

Eligibility:
Applicants who are graduates and residing in Mumbai (preferably residing in Navi Mumbai) who have completed a minimum of three years of study (or the equivalent – BSc.IT , Diploma/Degree in Graphics, Web & Multimedia, MCA)
