Job Description

1. Working with the current design team in developing solutions for Synage clients as well as internal projects.
2. Meeting with the Project Manager/ Company Heads to ensure all deadlines and project specifications are met.
3. Researching and learning new technologies as relevant to the current or future projects.
4. Preparing methodology and project documentation for all design work.
5. Liaison with our Development Team to ensure that all design is undertaken with keeping in mind client usability and user-experience.
6. Making sure that the website design looks the same on different browsers and operating system combinations.
7. Prepare enhancements and revisions to current client web sites.
8. Prepare interactive flash-based presentations.

Desired Profile

Technical Skills (Basic):
Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks & Flash
Strong HTML & CSS
Corel Draw

1. Candidates from Mumbai will only be considered.
2. Have above average communication and creative abilities.
3. Must have a good attitude and should be able to work in a team environment
4. Must be a self-learner and should require minimum supervision
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline schedules.
